HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free standard shipping to many countries around the world for any order above $95 CAD! If free shipping is available in your country, the option will show up when you check out. If the option does not show up, unfortunately free shipping is not currently available to your country. Free shipping is currently available to:

Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway*, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland

This offer includes standard shipping only. If you’d like to expedite your order, shipping charges will apply.

Please note that there are exclusions to this offer. Items that do not qualify will be indicated on their individual product page.

I LIVE NEAR TORONTO, CAN I PICK UP?

Yes! Select “Curbside Pick Up” when you check out and we’ll let you know when your order is ready for pick up. Please note that we are by-appointment only. When your order is ready for pick-up, we will contact you to schedule a time for you to pick up your order. It will take 1-3 days, but if you need your order sooner, please reach out and we are happy to try to accommodate!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, shipping is still taking a little longer than usual. If there are any unforeseen issues, we will contact you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Once you've placed your order, it will normally take 3-5 business days for us to process it. Your items will then be shipped out from our studio in Toronto (Canada). Some products may require a longer processing time (noted on the product page).

If there is an unexpected delay or we're out of stock, we will contact you right away.

Please note that shipping fees are only for items that are not eligible for free shipping.

U.S.A.

  • Standard (3-6 business days) – Free! Or $10 for orders below $95.

  • Expedited (2-3 business days) – $25 per order, $5 for each additional item.

Canada:

  • Standard (2-7 business days) – Free! Or $14 within Ontario and $18 to the rest of Canada for orders below $95.

  • Expedited (2-3 business days) - $40 per order, $5 for each additional item.

All other countries:

  • Standard (4-21 business days) - Free!* Or $20-25 for orders below $95, depending on the destination.

  • Expedited (4-10 business days) - $45 per order, $5 for each additional item.

    IMPORTANT: Please note that Standard and Expedited international shipping is only available to certain countries. If you do not see an option for shipping to your address, please email us for additional delivery options.

    Some exceptions apply. We aim to provide the lowest shipping prices possible, but shipping options are limited for some countries.

THE COUNTRY I LIVE IN ISN’T LISTED HERE. CAN YOU SHIP TO ME?

Yes! We are able to ship to other countries, so if you do not see your country in the list, please send us an email so we can find the best rate for you.

Due to European Union and United Kingdom VAT laws, we have a different process for shipping to countries in the EU and the UK. We do still ship to those countries, so please send an email and we would be happy to help!


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once an order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

I FORGOT TO BUY SOMETHING! CAN I ADD IT TO MY ORDER?

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined. However, if you've forgotten something and we yet haven't processed your order, please email us and we will do our best to help.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

We cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. You'll need to place a separate order for each destination.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

We will do our best to change an address after an order goes into processing, but if the item has been shipped, we cannot make additional changes. If you need to change your address, please email us as soon as possible.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH CUSTOMS FEES?

International shipments (all shipments outside of Canada) are generally subject to Customs Fees, such taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, and more. These are determined by individual countries, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note:

  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.

  • We are not able to mark orders as "gifts."

  • We are required to list the retail value on the commercial invoice for any items which are included as a "gift with purchase."

  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
