Custom Orders

Custom order turnaround time varies depending on the project. Generally they take 3-8 weeks. During busy periods, like November and December, they may take longer. Please send us an email if you have any questions about a custom design.

Shipping

The end of the year is always the busiest in terms of shipping volume, and shipping companies are anticipating high volumes of parcels. We encourage you to order as early as possible. Based on the delivery times for recent orders and advice from our carriers, here are our upcoming deadlines to ensure delivery before the holidays. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as our carriers will not guarantee deliveries this season.

Pick up

In-Person Shopping

If you will be in Toronto and would like to pick your order up, simply select "Pick Up" when you check out. When your order is ready, we'll contact you to coordinate a pick up time. Our studio is at 739 Bloor St W (Christie & Bloor).
Note: We are by-appointment. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pick up.

We are available by-appointment for in-person shopping at our studio in Toronto. We are located at Goldspell Studio at 739 Bloor St W. Please send us an email if you’d like to make an appointment to come by. Let us know what pieces your interested in so we can confirm if they are in stock.
