Holiday 2020 Shipping Deadlines

Due to COVID-19, shipping companies are experiencing unprecedented volumes of parcels. The pandemic has tested our resilience in so many ways, and this is another, unexpected challenge. We encourage you to order as early as possible. Based on the delivery times for recent orders and advice from our carriers, here are our upcoming deadlines to ensure delivery before the holidays. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as our carriers will not guarantee deliveries this season.

Delivery Deadlines

Canada (outside Ontario): Standard shipping is no longer likely to arrive before Dec 24. Please email us for delivery options.

Within Ontario: Dec 9
Within Toronto: Dec 14
The USA: Dec 14

Unfortunately, delivery outside of North America is no longer expected to arrive before the holidays.

If you would like to rush an order, please send us a message and we can look up options for you.

Curbside Pick Up

If you will be in Toronto and would like to pick your order up, simply select "Pick Up" when you check out. When your order is ready, we'll contact you to coordinate a pick up time. Our studio is at 739 Bloor St W (Christie & Bloor). We are by-appointment and due to government restrictions, we are limited to curbside pick up only at the moment.
